 Project management:

We assist our client in overall project management activities from initiation to completion including feasibility studies.

 Civil Engineer

In the Civil engineer sector, the company has done projects of buildings, bridges, and roads. Our team plans, designs, develops, and manages projects to construct or repair buildings, bridges, highways, and other structures. These might include roads, buildings, bridges, or systems for water or sewage treatment. We often spend time outdoors managing a construction site. 

 Architect conceptualizes plan:

As an architect we conceptualize plans and create designs to construct and renovate commercial, institutional and residential buildings.

Civil design technologists:

We have Civil technologists and technicians who prepare engineering designs and related technical information. Our civil engineering technologist develops engineering drawings and designs from concepts and sketches which have already been laid out. We also prepare construction specifications, estimates for the cost of materials and labor, BOQ/BOM, conduct field surveys and inspections, of all types of construction buildings and structures.

 

AutoCAD Technician:

We have AutoCAD Technicians  to provide support for the Architecture and Engineering Team and various departments throughout the company as required. 

 Cost Estimation:

We do quantity surveying activities, develop and support project cost estimating for projects from planning through bidding and construction closeout, and provide the professional bid analysis and award/rejection recommendations. As a cost estimator, We work with other engineers within ODOT and other agencies, consultants and private industry to ensure projects going to bid have estimates representative of current market conditions.

 Material Procurement:

Our company assist in material procurement to the client in all sorts of commercial residential projects

Duties and Responsibilities in AutoCAD Sector:

Proficient in AutoCAD Version 2016; prefer AutoCAD Version 2020. 2d,3d, perspective

Revit,3D max, Vray rendering,3D modeling, animation

 

Have Experience in BOMA (2016) Measurement Standards, and Site and Civil projects.

Drawing design drafting arch, civil, structural, interior, furniture, MEP drawings on various software 2d,3d, perspective, animation using Autocad, Revit,3D Max, Vray rendering,3D modeling.Quantity surveying Professional, Experienced in works Designing, Estimating, costing, rate analysis, scheduling, planning on MS project , Bill of quantities, contracts, variation orders, Liasioning, Civil, MEP, Services, site supervision.
